Liquor Permits
 Liquor permits that have been granted or renewed by the Department of Consumer Protection must be filed by the permittee with the Town Clerk of the town where the place of business described in the permit is situated.
The fee for such filing is $2.00.
Every permittee, other than a corporation holding a railroad or airline permit, shall cause his permit, signed by the Town Clerk, to be framed and hung in plain view in a conspicuous place in any room where the sales so permitted are to be carried on.
