Review of Stafford's Plan of Conservation, Development and current Zoning Regulations by Donald Poland, 7/31/14
On May 22, 2014 the Board of Selectman authorized First Selectmen Richard Shuck to enter into an agreement with Donald Poland, Planning Consultant and owner of Connecticut Planning & Development, LLC to review Stafford’s Plan of Conservation and Development and current Zoning Regulations as they relate to residential, commercial, and economic development. Mr. Poland was charged with the task of presenting his findings and recommendations to the Town and to assist the Planning and Zoning Commission in updating the Regulations and assisting the Economic Development Commission in developing a strategy to promote private investment into our community.
