Stafford Youth Center
The Rules:
A. This program is available only to Stafford residents 12-17 years old, and union residents,
_____if they are enrolled in the Stafford School System.
B. You must have an application on file to participate.
C. You will sighn in when you arrive and sign out when you leave.
D. Smoking is not allowed at the Youth Center.
E. Anyone suspected of being under the influence of alchoholic beverages or drugs will
_____not be able to visit the center.
F. No gambling is permitted.
G. All equipment is to be used responsibly, and for its intended use only.
H. Place all soda cans and garbage in their proper place.
I. Deposit all trash in the proper receptacles.
J. The public phone is the only phone available to center participants.
K. Report any problems to adult volunteers immediately.
L. NO physical violence of ANY kind. No fighting, touching, poking, or slapping.
M. NO harassment, including sexual; no verbal slurs involving race, ethnicity, disability,
_____or sexual orientation.
N. No damage to personal or public property.
O. No foul language.
P. No skateboarding or rollerblading inside or outside the Youth Center.
Q. No loitering (hanging out) outside the Youth Center. This prohibition includes
_____occupying cars in the parking area.
R. No inappropriate touching or displays of affection.
S. Once you sign out you MUST leave town property. If you try to return to catch your
_____ride home you will be caught by a volunteer.

_____You will recieve a MANDATORY two week vacation.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN SUSPENSION OR
EXPULSION FROM THE YOUTH CENTER PROGRAM. IN ADDITION
POLICE MAY BE CALLED TO DEAL WITH ILLEGAL ACTIVITY.
