Registered members at the Youth Center may have visitors/guests at the Youth Center
under the following conditions:

1. The guest must be between the ages of 12-17 who does not reside in the town
______of Stafford.
2. The guest completes a guest registration form when he/she arrives.
3. The guest agrees to abide by all Youth Center rules.
4. Visits are limited to three sessions per month.
