The Housing Authority of the Town of Stafford manages Avery Park Apartments, one of the largest and most comprehensive senior housing communities in the state. The community is made up of over 100 residential units. Avery Park offers housing for seniors and people with disabilities. The Housing Authority of the Town of Stafford also coordinates a varied calendar of activities for Avery Park Residents. Transportation is provided for off-site activities.

Avery Park apartments are efficiencies and one-bedroom units. All of the units are on a single floor and have their own private entrance. The kitchens are equipped with electric ranges and refrigerators. The bathrooms are fitted with grab-bars and there are a few with roll-in style showers.
